When you send us a role through this site, we keep what you typed: your name, email, title, school or district, city and state, and the role description. We use your form answers to build your prospect list and reply to you, and delete the stored request after 30 days and related operational records after 45 days. Some test links include a secure code that validates the campaign attribution when you submit the form; we do not keep that code in the request or analytics. Building the list means your role description runs through the AI and people-data services we work with (Anthropic and Crustdata). We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
If you want to see what we have or want it deleted, email mike@workshop.dev and it's done.
We use our own, cookie-free site measurement to understand which pages people visit and whether they click a call to action, open the form, submit it, or book time. Those records can include the page, referring site, campaign tags in the link, and a random browser-session ID. We do not put your name, email, role description, or raw IP address in those analytics records. Campaign details and the random ID are kept in your browser's session storage so they survive while you move through the site; the browser clears that storage when the tab's session ends.
We keep those analytics records for 180 days and then delete them automatically. This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party advertising trackers.
